Changeover Assessment with Action Plan
We come onsite, observe your changeover process from start to finish, and deliver a detailed written report covering every observation and specific actionable recommendations — a complete roadmap for recovering lost capacity. Most clients are surprised by what we find.
OEE Monitoring & Implementation
You can't improve what you don't measure. We assess your current tracking practices, then design and implement an OEE, downtime and changeover monitoring system — including Vorne monitor installation, programming, and team training — that turns real-time floor data into management decisions.

Designed for operators, technicians, and supervisors who deal with changeover daily. This half-day bootstrap course teaches your front-line team to identify and solve the changeover pain points they encounter every shift.
